Welcome to Moorea Suite Love!
We are confident that your stay with us will be truly memorable.
For your comfort and safety, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the following rules and conditions.
Guest Conduct and House Rules
Guests are expected to behave respectfully, taking care of the facilities
and preserving the natural beauty of the residence.
The residence is a quiet and peaceful place; tranquility should be maintained, especially after 9 pm
There are no restrictions on coming and going in the evenings or at night.
The use of drones is strictly prohibited anywhere within the residence.
Animals
To ensure the comfort, peace, and hygiene of all guests, outside pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Smoking
Tobacco and drugs are strictly prohibited at Moorea Suite Love, including all outdoor areas.
Number of Guests and Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed to access Moorea Suite Love.
Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
The suite may not be rented for more than the maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
Children are not permitted to stay at Moorea Suite Love.
Please note that the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs.
Use of Facilities and Equipment
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of all facilities and equipment.
Furniture (except patio furniture) must not be moved.
Any loss or damage, whether intentional or accidental, should be reported during the stay or on the day of departure.
Fitness equipment is available for use by guests weighing less than 120 kg.
Safety and Liability
The residence is highly secure and carefully monitored.
However, guests are advised to take special care of their personal valuables.
Valuables can be safely stored in the in-suite safe.
Moorea Suite Love is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage.
The owner cannot be held liable for any accidents, property damage, or bodily injury occurring on the premises.
To help prevent accidents, alcohol consumption should always be moderate.
Check-in, Check-out, and Guest Services
On arrival, the customer can occupy the room from 3 p.m.
On the day of departure, the rental ends at 11 am.
Where possible (depending on availability) and in order to adapt to the arrival/departure times by plane or by boat of the customers, these times can be arranged.
A luggage service is available (it is free, on arrival and departure).
The customers have a parking(free).
Guests have an independent entrance and path to access their suite.
There is a unique suite in the residence; the entire space is therefore 100% private.
Reservation and Payment Policy
A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 25% of the total price.
The remaining balance (75%) must be paid no later than one week before the arrival date.
The price is all-inclusive, including a fully stocked minibar, so no additional charges or supplements will be applied on site.
In case of force majeure preventing travel — such as flight cancellations, denied boarding, entry restrictions, accidents, or sudden health issues — the deposit will be fully refunded, provided the guest can provide proof of their inability to travel.
Changes to the stay dates are always possible, subject to availability, and the total price remains unchanged. Requests to modify dates must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In all other cases, including unilateral modifications by the guest, cancellations without valid reason (not due to force majeure), or failure to arrive, the deposit will not be refunded.

Tax
The tourist tax is 60 XPF per adult, per night
Swimming Pool and Spa
The swimming pool is entirely private for our guests.
Measuring 12.25 meters by 3.80 meters, it is suitable for swimming, and its depth allows safe jumping and diving.
For hygiene reasons and to ensure all guests enjoy high-quality water, we kindly ask that you shower before using the pool or spa. An outdoor shower is conveniently located on the pool deck.
Pool towels, bathrobes, and beach towels are provided for your comfort.
The swimming pool is accessible 24 hours a day.
The spa/hot tub is available for one hour per day, divided into three 20-minute sessions, before 7 p.m., to preserve water quality and ensure health safety.

These rules and conditions apply to all reservations.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these terms.
Failure to comply with any of the provisions may result in termination of the stay.
Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if they intentionally cause damage or fail to respect the rules and guidelines.

In Polynesia, the climate is tropical and pleasant all year round. Temperatures are mild and remain constant between 21°C and 31°C (the only place where you will need a little sweater will be on the plane!).
A risk of tropical showers (often fleeting, in grains & refreshing!) is possible at any time of the year.
The season from April to November is drier, the sun is less high and with a risk of a southerly wind "the maaramu" (quite cool, sometimes unpleasant if it lasts several days) while the temperatures are warmer but with a risk of precipitation more marked in the months of December to March. Clouds (= shadow!) are also more numerous during the hot season.
The passage of a cyclone is possible but remains exceptional for Polynesia.
It is possible to swim all year round without exception; the water in the swimming pools and the lagoon will be a little warmer from October to March (closer to 30°C).
The trip to Polynesia is therefore feasible and profitable at any time of the year.
- If you plan to visit the Marquesas, the good period is between the end of October and the end of March.
- If you want to see (and swim with) whales, you must come during the period from July to mid-November.
- If you come to dive, it is possible all year round, but the water will be a little colder during the dry season from July to September. The winds are also more present at this time and the sea can also be rougher.
- If you want to taste or devour our tropical fruits, come rather during the “season of abundance” which begins towards the end of November until April.
- Finally, in low season (November to March), you will encounter fewer people on planes and at tourist sites and the overall cost of your trip will be significantly lower.
Breakfasts are not included.
We provide you with a free mini-bar filled with drinks and other sweets of your choice including a small bottle of champagne.
You have the Nespresso Coffee machine with many capsules.
In addition, you receive two bottles of water on your nightstand.
Yes, it is possible to pay with cards (Visa, Mastercard,...).
Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out no later than 11 a.m. If you need the room for a few more hours, we can offer you with a late check-out if the room is available. If you wish, on the day of departure, you can leave for free your luggage at reception and pick it up later to spend the day in Moorea.
The client cannot rent this suite for a number of people greater than that provided (two adults). There is no extra bed available for children in the Suite. Children are not allowed.
The comfortable fitness bike and elliptical trainer are both free and at your disposal by the swimming pool (max. 120 kilos).
If necessary, breakfasts can be ordered on the day of your arrival and are served between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the terrace next to the pool at sunrise or on a tray into the pool ! (you will choose the best option of course according to your preferences and according to the weather).
Access to the SPA is free.
The SPA is accessible until 7 p.m. and we assure you of total privacy during the session.
If you wish it, you can drink champagne in the SPA with a bucket and ice cubes.
Internet access (WiFi by optical fiber) is free throughout the Moorea Suite Love including the pool area.

All animals are prohibited at Moorea Suite Love. Drones are also prohibited to fly over the entire residence.
There are not really any seasons in Polynesia; the climate is very stable; the swimming pool is therefore accessible all year round. The water temperature is around 28-29-30 °C (or even more) during the hot season (October to March) and a little lower 24-25-26°C during the dry season (May to August).
Yes, we have a free private parking
No, the Moorea Suite Love is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or the elderly due to the many stairs.
It is perfect for healthy people.
Apart from breakfast to order on site, we do not currently offer other meals on site but many restaurants, snacks or bars are present on Moorea in the surroundings (300 meters away). Some of them pick up clients.
Yes, if you need it, we provide our customers with a washer / dryer. This service is completely free and you have an iron into the suite.
About that, we recommend that you do not overload your suitcases because the climate is hot (and temperatures remain mild at night) and the number of stairs can make it difficult to carry bulky suitcases.
Yes, it is preferable to rent a vehicle to visit the whole island, to go to the restaurants or reach the places of activity.

It depends on your habits. The car is more practical in the wet season (from December to March) and especially for transporting luggage, also if you plan to move around a lot.
We recommend that our customers arriving from Tahiti and returning to Tahiti take their rental car directly to Tahiti; it avoids being dependent on taxis on Tahiti and Moorea and it avoids carrying luggage (and stress) when getting on and off the boat. Crossing a car by ferry is quick and easy; in high season, however, it is advisable to book the ticket one week in advance. Count 69€ or $73 (for a round trip of the vehicle)
Yes, the suite includes bed linen with pillows and a duvet. Bath towels, pool towels and beach towels are provided. Bath towels are regularly changed.
